Francis Fincher

Office Manager

Hello, my name is Francis, but everyone calls me Pie! I have helped to bring new smiles and greater confidence to our patients for over 20 years. Working every day with people who understand each other so well makes managing these facilities like operating a well-oiled machine. I take great pleasure from taking the time to help so many people have a great dental experience at our offices.

Kalley Fincher Barlow

Patient Coordinator

Hi, I'm Kalley and I have worked for my dad, Dr. Fincher, since 2006. I saw how much happiness my dad was bringing to his patients and I knew I wanted to be a part of that. As a patient coordinator, I probably have the most personal, one-on-one time with the patients, making their next appointments and setting up their financial agreements. I really try and make patients feel comfortable and I enjoy trying to make them feel like they are talking to a friend and helping their experience to be positive. It makes my day to see a person’s life changed with a smile.

I live in Greenwood with my husband, Brister, our daughter, Madison, our son, Branham, and our dog named Cooper. I love spending time with my family, going antiquing with my grandmother, Pie, exercising, reading, and working in the yard.

Hi, I’m Beth and I’ve been working in the dental field for over three decades. I feel like I was called to the dental field as a child when I was one of only a few who actually enjoyed my yearly trips to the dentist’s office. I truly appreciate the gratitude, beautiful smiles, and positive energy I receive from my patients and fellow staff members who I consider to be a part of my family.

Annette Smith

Registered Dental Assistant

Hello, I’m Annette and I have worked as Dr. Fincher’s dental assistant for over 23 years, helping to bring about beautiful smiles to all our patients’ faces. From assisting the doctor, ordering and stocking supplies, to ensuring the office’s seamless daily operation, I am never too busy to take the time to get to know each patient as a new friend.

Melissa Pigott

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Melissa and I’m the newest member of Dr. Fincher’s team. I have extensive dental training and enjoy rising to the challenge that each new patient represents, and working tirelessly for the many grateful, beautiful smiles that come my way with a job well done. I am naturally gregarious and always have a warm smile to greet each patient that enters through our office doors.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Hello, my name is Bill and I have over 25 years of experience in anesthesia and am Board Certified in several southern states. I am committed to serving our patients and ensuring their overall general health and well-being. I am a member of several medical societies and look forward to providing the latest in IV Sedation in Dr. Fincher's office.
